Substipharm is its own investor, and assumes under its sole responsibility the risk of the project.

We outsource parts of our development to “best-in-class” sub-contractors that we monitor. Alone or in association with partners, we control all the critical stages of the product development process. We also monitor the technology transfer, upscale and manufacturing in external sites.

Working out of our Paris-based office in France, we provide full support to our customers’ operations with our regulatory and logistics teams. We are fully committed to supplying our customers with top quality dossiers and finished products at a competitive price, with a level of quality conform to current European standards.

We accompany our marketing partners during the full life of the product and engage our responsibility on the quality and conformity of the dossier and the finished product.

Substipharm began developing dossiers of generic products for the French market in 1996 at its own risk. We built an expertise both in the local market and in developing sophisticated products, with a high risk in pharmaceutical development.

Today, not only Substipharm is recognized in France as the leading promoter and developer of generic dossiers, but it also develops and sells its dossiers and finished products for European markets, to European customers.

Our team carefully identifies market opportunities, based on both forthcoming patent expiration and new ventures. We select products according to market attractiveness (from niche or blockbuster markets), degree of sophistication, technological difficulty and risk (pharmaceutical, clinical and manufacturing).
